Although Madrid has been the capital of Spain for over 500 years, much of the city's development has occurred over the last 150 years.

On this tour we will visit the most modern areas of Madrid. In addition, you will learn about one of the most important architects for Madrid during the 20th century, Antonio Palacios. He is behind the design and construction of up to 75 buildings in the city from which we have preserved about 38. Some of them will be on the route we will cover. We will also walk along Gran Via and finish in one of our newest squares, Plaza de España, where you will have the chance to go up to one of the best terraces in Madrid.
